Doug Wendt
Doug has a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. He has been working for ten years with college aged clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and with LGBTQ communities. Doug has experience in couples therapy and is trained in Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Doug uses a collaborative, co-constructed approach to therapy in a warm, safe, relaxed setting.
Tanner Moffat
Tanner has a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. Over the past five years he has been working in the residential treatment field with both adolescents and adults where he has worked with behavioral issues and addiction including substance abuse and pornography. Tanner is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotional Focused Therapy. Tanner believes that the therapist-client relationship is the cornerstone of effective therapy and is committed to helping both individuals and couples reach their full potential by addressing the challenges of navigating relationships, anxiety, depression, anger, perfectionism, faith transitions, addiction, and trauma.
Tasha Worth
Tasha has a master's degree in clinical social work. She has over seven years of experience in the field of mental health, including crisis care, community outreach, residential treatment, and counseling. She has found a home in therapy and loves connecting with individuals, couples, and families in real and meaningful ways. Tasha takes a systemic approach to therapy and believes that mending and utilizing a client’s relationships can encourage lasting change. She also believes in rediscovering the body’s intrinsic ability to heal from trauma by strengthening the body-mind connection. Modalities Tasha utilizes include Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and faith navigation, among other issues.
