Kade Cope, CSW

     Kade is a dedicated therapist who is passionate about helping people embrace their whole selves, connect with loved ones, and celebrate what makes them unique. He works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, with a special focus on college students and young adults navigating life transitions. Kade has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, OCD, LGBTQ+ identities and experiences, ADHD, faith exploration, minority stress, couples and family conflict, dating and relationships, perfectionism, disordered eating, suicidal thoughts, and trauma. He is especially passionate about identity exploration—helping people understand what makes them them—and guiding clients as they align with their values and passions. In his work, Kade emphasizes love, empowerment, and authenticity, creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can process difficult emotions, explore parts of themselves that may feel incompatible, and strengthen the relationships that matter most. He integrates acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and internal family systems to help clients connect with their emotions in meaningful ways that lead to growth and fulfillment. Outside of the therapy room, Kade enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, doing crafts, and baking cookies.

Trevor Roberts, CSW

     Trevor is a Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults navigating challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, self-harm, and difficulties in dating or relationships. He uses evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to help clients build emotional regulation, coping strategies, and healthier patterns in daily life. Trevor's style is collaborative and practical-tailored to each client's strengths and goals— while creating a supportive space for honest reflection and growth. Mannon Christianson, CSW

     Mannon has been working in the mental health field for the last four years with people of various ages, cultures, and walks of life. She believes the greatest meaning in life comes from building healthy relationships with others and ourselves and enjoys being with individuals as they lean into the healing and growth that come in therapy.  Mannon has worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, faith journeys, OCD, and trauma. She incorporates the modalities of Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion-Focused Therapy in her practice. Mannon speaks fluent Spanish. Upon request, Mannon incorporates a Christian lens in therapy.

Tasha Worth, CSW

    Tasha has a master's degree in clinical social work. She has over seven years of experience in the field of mental health, including crisis care, community outreach, residential treatment, and counseling. She has found a home in therapy and loves connecting with individuals, couples, and families in real and meaningful ways. Tasha takes a systemic approach to therapy and believes that mending and utilizing a client’s relationships can encourage lasting change. She also believes in rediscovering the body’s intrinsic ability to heal from trauma by strengthening the body-mind connection. Modalities Tasha utilizes include Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and faith navigation, among other issues. Upon request, Tasha uses a faith affirming lens applied within the therapeutic setting.

Tanner Moffat, CSW

     Tanner is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while strengthening their sense of self, relationships, and values. With five years of experience in residential treatment, outpatient therapy, and crisis work he has worked extensively with individuals facing trauma, shame, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, addiction (including pornography and substance use), faith transitions, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Tanner understands the complexities of faith, identity, and personal growth, and he is committed to providing a supportive space for clients to explore their challenges—whether they are seeking a faith-affirming approach or navigating questions about belief and meaning. He is trained in ACT, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which he uses to help clients heal from past wounds, develop emotional resilience, and build fulfilling relationships. Tanner believes that lasting change happens through connection—both within oneself and with others. He specializes in helping clients work through shame, perfectionism, trauma, and relational challenges while strengthening their emotional well-being.

Doug Wendt, PhD, LCSW

     Doug has a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. He has been working for ten years with college aged clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and with LGBTQ communities. Doug has experience in couples therapy and is trained in Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Doug uses a collaborative, co-constructed approach to therapy in a warm, safe, relaxed setting. Upon request, Doug uses a christian lens applied within the therapeutic setting.
